I was looking to replace my center channel speaker for a speaker that would be true to the higher pitched sounds required to enjoy a well balanced system. JBL has always had a reputation for quality and this speaker is no exception. Wow what a difference this speaker has made to my enjoyment of DVD's and TV. Voices are clear and sharp.
